Terms of Service – Made Bella

By placing an order with Made Bella, you agree to the following terms.

Personalised orders
Many of our products are made or personalised specifically for you. Please check all names, spelling, dates, colours and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Design requests
We will make every reasonable effort to create your item according to the information supplied. As items are individually made, small differences in positioning, colour or appearance may occur.

If you upload an image, wording or design for us to use, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. The product price and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Delivery
Available delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.

Returns, cancellations and problems with orders
Personalised and custom-made items may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Your legal rights are not affected if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

Website and product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs and prices accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen being used.
