Made Bella creates personalised and made-to-order gifts. Please make sure all personalisation details and your delivery address are correct before placing your order.
UK Delivery
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
- Orders up to £8.99: £1.99
- Orders from £9.00: £3.99
- Orders of £50 or more: FREE Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery
- £4.99
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Please remember that personalised items need to be made before they are dispatched. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your order.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally delays may happen once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact Made Bella and we will be happy to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact Made Bella with your order details so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
